Chris is a seasoned chief technology Strategist with more than 15 years of experience creating business impact through technology. He is the Co-Founder of ADK Group and a Partner at Stellar Elements an Amdocs Company based in the Greater Boston area in the U.S.A. Importantly, Chris built and sold a technology company to Amdocs (Nasdaq: DOX) and remains a resident of Boston in the state of Massachusetts. He brings passion, technical know-how, and strategic thinking to how Wiggle Ventures (WV) innovatively deploys technology for social impact in Africa.
Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics obtained from the prestigious McGill University in Canada.
Roman Mukendi is a seasoned international development specialist having worked for local and international donor-funded agencies in the areas of sustainable financing, mobile technology, and health system strengthening. He serves on the Board of the American Chamber of Commerce in Zambia and as a volunteer Regional Representative for Social Value International (SVI) for the Africa Network. As the visionary for Wiggle Ventures, Roman is charged with Board oversight and supporting the country team to fundraise and steer the growth of the business in Zambia and Africa.
He possesses an undergraduate degree majoring in Economics from the University of Namibia. He also holds a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Global Public Policy obtained from Suffolk University in Boston, USA, and another MA in Social Sciences (Media Studies) from Rhodes University in South Africa.
Zachary is the Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of Creattura Co. Ltd, a Tokyo-based climate finance firm. Creattura utilizes technology and finance to regenerate and preserve humanity’s collective natural capital for future generations. Zachary brings a wealth of expertise in how social enterprises like WV can leverage technology to bring about positive change in society.
He holds a BA obtained from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Global Executive MBA from INSEAD.
Tilamazuwa is an experienced project management and operations specialist having served as key support staff to Country Heads of reputable institutions such as the NGO Council for Social Services in Zambia, Nestle Dubai, the Zambia Institute for Policy Analysis & Research, and KPMG Zambia. As the Country Manager for Wiggle Ventures Limited (Zambia), Tilamazuwa brings strong skills in stakeholder engagement and partnership building, organizational development, and strategic thinking.
She possesses qualifications in Marketing and Customer Care Management obtained from Evelyn Hone College in Zambia and Damelin College in South Africa respectively.
Shaun possesses more than 30 years of experience as a local Zambian entrepreneur in the fitness, manufacturing, and distribution sectors. He is the Co-founder and previously served as Managing Director of a successful fitness club in Zambia, City Health Club, with a membership base of over 15,000 clients. His entrepreneurial journey offers Wiggle Ventures a good source of deep insight into how to navigate the business landscape and climate change in Africa.
Shaun holds various qualifications in accounting, marketing, and public relations obtained from the UK and through practice.
Nakubandwa is a seasoned entrepreneur with more than 20 years of local and international experience in both the public and private sectors. He has honed his technical skills by working for international consulting companies such as Manketti Advisory Services headquartered in Finland, Lloyds Financials Limited in Zambia, and Christ’s Hope International in Namibia. As the Business Development and Governance expert at Wiggle Ventures, Nakubandwa leads the overall growth strategy including resource mobilization. Currently, he is serving as a second-term Vice President (Board Member) for the prestigious European Union-Zambia Business Club (EUZBC).
He also has a sound academic record having obtained an undergraduate science degree in Agriculture from the University of Namibia and now completing his Master of Integrated Land Management (MILM) from the Namibia University of Science and Technology (formerly Polytechnic of Namibia).
Lusungu Ndovi is a Zambian Engineer/Consultant/Lecturer. His specialization is Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering and has participated in several renewable energy related activities over the years and published academic papers. He has worked at 2 of the largest IPPs in Zambia namely CEC and Maamba Collieries. He served as a Member of the Zambia Weights and Measures Agency Board of Directors for a period of 7 years where he also served as the Technical Committee Chairperson for the Board for 7 years.
Lusungu holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (CBU), Masters in Electronic Engineering (Stellenbosch), Masters in Business Administration (CBU) and a PhD in Telecommunications Engineering (UNZA). He has experience in renewable energy projects and has done several short course trainings in Solar Energy (Installation and Financing), Power Systems, Project Management Energy Trading and Corporate Governance and has supervised several projects. Lusungu has been a consultant on several projects and is an advisor for Wiggle Ventures on Energy and ESG.
